Role: Group Marketing and CRM Manager
Salary: up to £45K per annum DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, some flexibility, must support operations effectively.

Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division is working with a national service-led umbrella company. The role combines CRM management and marketing for lead generation and brand awareness.
The ideal candidate is proactive, a good communicator, capable of managing multiple tasks, and works well across departments. This varied role offers opportunities to collaborate with business managers, sales teams, external marketing partners, and customers. Knowledge of fire safety standards combined with modern marketing techniques is essential.
Responsibilities
* Use CRM data to develop and implement marketing strategies for new business opportunities.
* Manage marketing automation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Generate and analyse CRM reports and dashboards to assess sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement; identify trends and recommend strategies.
* Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads through multichannel marketing campaigns.
* Keep up-to-date with CRM features, updates, and best practices for system optimisation and automation.
* Develop media content to communicate effectively with customers.
* Prepare sales and marketing reports; communicate key metrics across the group.
* Work with external agencies to optimise online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media.
* Coordinate updates to websites and social media channels, ensuring content is current and aligned with brand guidelines.
* Implement offline marketing strategies to enhance pipeline volume and quality.
* Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, website content, social media posts, and email newsletters.
* Assist in planning and executing trade shows, webinars, and marketing events.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in a service-based industry.
* Experience working within a regulated business environment.
* Success in digital media marketing.
* Effective communication skills; ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategies.
* Initiative-taking approach focused on results and growth.
* Full driving licence.
Measurable KPIs
* KPIs focus on generating new business, quote-to-order conversion, sales volume and value, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Performance will be assessed based on improvements in these areas and the ability of sales teams to drive growth.
