THE ROLE
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sous Chefs to join our fantastic team. You will have a passion for food and know how to pass that on to your team. The ideal candidates will be well versed in French cuisine as well as having financial acumen and ability to control quality and margins.
YOU
It is essential you have previous experience in high end kitchens. Successful candidates will undertake an intensive training programme which will bring you up to speed with the way we do things.
