What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Assist in the management of the site services contracts including but not limited to waste management and site hygiene
* Support the ongoing maintenance of the external and internal site décor and building fabric
* Identify and repair faults effectively to support operational requirements
* Build effective working relationships with all partners and get actively involved in promoting SHE across the site
* Support with fire alarm, call point, sprinkler, truck wash, back up generator and pump house testing
* Carry out racking repairs, service and maintenance and/ or duties that require use of MHE and working at height
