We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join us on that journey. This is a high-impact role focused on driving digital performance, with ownership of key revenue channels and significant marketing budgets.
About the Role
This is a senior position within the digital function, created following a restructure to elevate performance across paid and organic channels.
The role has a strong emphasis on paid media, particularly PPC, where the majority of marketing spend sits. You will take ownership of digital strategy, performance, and budget allocation, ensuring activity is commercially driven and delivering measurable return on investment.
Working closely with e-commerce, trading, finance, and brand teams, you will play a key role in aligning digital activity with wider business objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own and deliver the digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels
* Lead performance planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive ROI and growth
* Oversee paid media activity across search, social, display, and affiliates
* Take a hands-on and strategic approach to PPC performance and optimisation
* Support SEO and organic growth, working with internal specialists
* Define KPIs and use data, testing, and attribution models to drive decisions
* Manage agency and partner relationships, ensuring strong performance and value
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including trading, brand, analytics, and tech
* Identify opportunities for innovation across tools, platforms, and channels
* Lead and develop the digital team, driving accountability and performance
What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in paid media, particularly PPC, with experience managing large budgets
* Proven ability to drive commercial performance and return on investment
* Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and attribution
* Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
* Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data
* Experience managing agencies and challenging performance effectively
* Leadership experience with the ability to develop and guide teams
* Background in roles such as Paid Media Manager, PPC Manager, or Digital Acquisition Manager
* Experience within retail or e-commerce is highly beneficial
