Driver (Goods & Materials) Port Glasgow Circa £14.50 per hour Initially, a few weeks' contract Certain Advantage is partnering with a shipbuilding company to recruit an experienced Driver to join a logistics team based in Port Glasgow. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods and materials between two sites. This role requires a professional attitude, excellent driving skills, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Operate HGV to transport goods and materials Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to company sites Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects Load and unload goods safely, securing cargo as required Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork Liaise professionally with customers and site staff Your Background: Experience driving an HGV Knowledge of UK road transport laws and regulations Good level of physical fitness (manual handling may be required Strong time management and communication skills During the Interview, We May Ask You About: Your most recent experience driving an HGV Are you intrigued?
