We offer a competitive salary (starting from £36.6k pa) benefits package including pension and the opportunity to work with a market leading company that encourages internal promotion Reporting into the Shift Team Leader, candidates for the above position will be required to work a rotating shift pattern that will include both day and night shifts where they will play an integral part in the distribution of our fantastic dairy products. The successful candidate will be responsible for: As a Production Operative you will effectively run Production and Packing lines by using production IT systems. You will be sampling and testing finished product and use these results to optimise process. The success candidate will monitor equipment performance and correct / raise issues before they become problems. They will also ensure that a high standard on Quality and Health and Safety is maintained including compliance with Arla and customer procedures.
