This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager, whether from an agency (desirable) or a busy in-house team, to take ownership of a varied client portfolio and deliver creative campaigns that truly make a difference.
Your role will include:
1. Being the main point of contact for your clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships
2. Consulting with clients, offering advice and confidently challenging briefs when needed
3. Presenting fresh campaign ideas and proposals
4. Briefing internal teams and liaising with suppliers to deliver projects on time
5. Monitoring campaign performance, reporting on results and identifying improvements
6. Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and win additional business
7. Attending client meetings and industry events
8. Juggling multiple projects, deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
We’re looking for someone who:
9. Has strong experience in a client-facing marketing or PR role
10. Brings B2B marketing/PR expertise
11. Is organised, proactive and thrives under pressure
12. Communicates with confidence and builds strong relationships with ease
13. Is creative, commercially minded and ready to take ownership of their accounts
