The Role:
This is a key position in our business, supporting both the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and a clean, productive environment. Youll be instrumental in helping us maintain high standards and a warm welcome for every guest.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and prep areas
* Assist chefs with basic food preparation and kitchen organisation
* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
* Support the front-of-house team with cleanliness and readiness
* Ensure waste is managed and disposed of correctly
* Help with deliveries and stock rotation
