Service Advisor Duties Greet and assist customers when they arrive for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs, acting as the primary point of contact. Book vehicles into the workshop, maintain regular updates to customers throughout the service process. Support the after-sales function by working closely with workshop controllers and assisting the Service Manager in the efficient running of a busy department. Manage customer expectations professionally, ensuring transparent communication and a high level of service at every touchpoint. Upsell additional products and services to both new and returning customers, contributing to departmental growth. Key Requirements Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership, bodyshop, or independent garage. Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills. Full UK driving licence.
