Warm and Professional Guest Reception
Greet every guest with genuine warmth and professionalism, managing arrivals, bookings, and enquiries to create a smooth and inviting first impression.
Personalised Guest Engagement
Provide detailed spa tours and information about treatments, facilities, and products, ensuring each guest feels informed, valued, and excited about their visit.
Luxury Retail & Revenue Excellence
Confidently promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products, supporting sales targets (including upselling contributing to 7% of treatment revenue) while always prioritising guest satisfaction.
Flawless Operational Support
Maintain the reception area’s pristine appearance and ensure all administrative tasks—such as appointment scheduling, payment processing, and guest records—are handled efficiently and accurately.
Team Collaboration & Flexibility
Work closely with therapists, hosts, and management to support spa operations, stepping in to assist other team members during busy periods to uphold our five-star standards.
