Salary: £30,000 - 33,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives within enterprise environments. You should have a detailed understanding of the process required to transition a contractually agreed service into live operation in a large-scale enterprise setting. A strong grasp of IT infrastructure, applications, enterprise systems, and integration strategies is essential. You must be able to lead diverse teams, including IT, business units, vendors, and external partners. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to influence and collaborate with senior executives and business leaders. You should possess outstanding written, numerical, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language. A strong understanding of business processes and the ability to apply business change management effectively is crucial. Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of all technical requirements and resolving any associated conflicts. You will lead active risk and issue management, ensuring that risks and issues are owned, actioned, and escalated as needed. You will manage any changes that materially alter the project scope or plan, using suitable decision forums to gain agreement. Monitoring and tracking project expenditure is also part of your responsibilities, along with maintaining an eye on project benefits realization to ensure that the business case remains valid throughout the project phases. You will lead the preparation and delivery of project gateways and influence project stakeholders to accept viable and valid solutions that deliver business value effectively within the constraints of the project and business environment.
