### What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting students with **PMLD, ASD, ADHD, and complex needs**
* Working **1:1 and in small groups** to support learning and development
* Assisting with **personal care and daily routines**
* Helping to maintain a **safe, positive, and structured environment**
