Job Summary
Berkshire Dental Suite is a newly established, high-end private dental clinic in Slough, offering advanced general, cosmetic, implant and oral surgery treatments within a modern, calm and luxurious environment.
We are seeking a professional, well-presented and motivated Dental Nurse to join our clinical team. This role is essential in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient clinical workflow within our surgeries.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide chairside assistance to the dentist across a range of treatments including general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, implants and oral surgery
* Prepare and maintain the surgery environment to a high standard before, during and after each patient
* Ensure strict adherence to cross infection control protocols and HTM 01-05 standards
* Decontaminate instruments and manage sterilisation processes in line with practice policies
* Prepare and maintain dental equipment and materials required for each procedure
* Maintain accurate clinical records and assist with note taking where required
* Support with digital workflows including radiographs, CBCT/OPG imaging and scanning where appropriate
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and organisation of clinical materials
* Support the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations within the practice
* Maintain a clean, organised and professional clinical environment at all times
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Is a GDC-registered Dental Nurse
* Has previous experience within a dental practice, ideally in a private or mixed setting
* Has a strong understanding of cross infection control and decontamination procedures
* Is organised, efficient and able to multitask in a clinical environment
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a caring and patient-focused approach
* Presents themselves in a professional, polished and well-groomed manner
* Is confident using digital systems and dental software (Dentally)
* Has a positive, team-focused attitude and takes pride in delivering high standards of care
* Assist with front-of-house duties, including answering calls, booking appointments and supporting reception during quieter periods
* Is calm under pressure and able to support a busy clinical environment
* Is flexible to work within our practice hours, including occasional evenings or weekends

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
