Ensure the day-to-day efficient & productive running of the engineering team within the designated area. Playing an active part in the leadership of the team by being the first point of contact with the Engineers for all issues, dealing with these issues where possible and escalating to your direct management where appropriate.

8. Attend all team and individual meets as requested.
9. Attend all training as deemed necessary to carry out your responsibilities.

11. Ensure that the company standards and policies are maintained, particularly with regards to behavioural and commercial dealings.
12. Observe all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures on Company, Supplier and Customer sites.

Required functional competencies / experience / qualifications
26. Recognised engineering qualification
27. Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholder
28. Being able to understand processes and work in a structured way following defined processes
29. IT skills will include a good working knowledge of SAP K1SS, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
