Client Success Manager (UK Market)

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm

PHMG is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Success Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of audio branding strategies for our clients. You will translate brand visions into sonic identities, acting as a trusted advisor and partner. Your consultative approach means you understand each client’s brand and provide tailored, strategic guidance.
Your responsibilities go beyond account management; you are the driving force behind delivering an unparalleled client experience. You will apply exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of world-class customer service to foster meaningful client relationships and contribute to client satisfaction and company success.
Being highly organized and strategic is essential. You will manage intricate details and timelines, align projects with client and company goals, and continuously raise the bar for success.
Role responsibilities
* Client-centric approach: Develop robust relationships with clients by understanding brand values, objectives and target audience.
* Communication: Provide prompt and clear updates at every project stage, including progress, milestones and potential challenges.
* Collaboration: Work with creative and technology teams to translate client requirements into compelling audio branding solutions.
* Project Management: Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery using data-driven insights.
* Time Management: Ensure organized, timely delivery of each project without sacrificing quality.
* Risk management: Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
* Achieving excellence: Own KPIs and deliver exceptional results.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough records of client interactions, project progress and feedback.
* Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback and continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Experience required
* Extensive experience in a process-driven B2B Account Management role
* Unrivaled attention to detail, creativity and initiative
* Ability to spot opportunities to increase revenue within the account base
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
