Part-Time Cleaner – Early Morning (Exeter, EX2)
£12.21 per hour | Ongoing Work | Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and trustworthy Cleaner to work at a secure commercial site in Exeter (EX2 area).
This is a part-time role, ideal for someone looking for a small number of consistent hours each week.

Working Hours
* Tuesday: 07:00 – 08:00
* Friday: 07:00 – 08:00
* Total: 2 hours per week

The Role
Duties will include:
* Cleaning office and operational areas
* Vacuuming and mopping floors
* Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
* Maintaining hygiene standards across the site
* General touchpoint cleaning
This role involves lone working, and you may be required to:
* Act as a key holder
* Use an alarm system (training provided)
* Use a telephone-based time & attendance system

Requirements
* Previous cleaning experience preferred
* Must be reliable, punctual and able to work independently
* Comfortable working alone and taking responsibility for site access
* Good attention to detail

Compliance Requirements (Mandatory)
Due to the secure nature of this site, all candidates must be able to pass:
* DBS Check
* Adverse Credit Check
* Right to Work in the UK verification
Candidates must bring valid RTW documentation to induction. Failure to do so will result in the placement being withdrawn.
