Location: Teddington (with free parking)
Salary: £38, - £40, plus 20 days annual leave + bank holidays + 3 bonus days over Christmas, pension, parking and a warm, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
Hours: 9am-5:30pm | Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

What You'll Be Doing - As our Events Manager, you'll take the reins and lead from the front:
1. Deliver seamless conferences and exhibitions-on time, on budget, and beyond expectations
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into flawless execution
3. Manage budgets with precision, working closely with our finance team
4. Lead and mentor a dedicated conference administrator
5. Coordinate suppliers and contractors, ensuring safety and compliance
6. Create engaging marketing materials and promotional campaigns
7. Liaise with VIPs, speakers, and stakeholders to ensure top-tier participation
8. Conduct post-event evaluations and deliver insightful reports
