My client is looking for a Building Surveyor to join its expanding Building Surveying team.

About the role
As a Building Surveyor, you will:
Manage projects from instruction through to completion, act as a key technical and client-facing lead and support the development of both junior team members and long-term client relationships, while maintaining high professional and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver building surveying commissions including condition surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters and contract administration
* Provide expert technical advice on statutory compliance, building regulations and best practice
* Act as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors, building strong and lasting relationships
* Assist with business development, including identifying new opportunities and supporting financial and commercial performance
About you, as the successful Building Surveyor
* Chartered (MRICS/CIOB) Building Surveyor with substantial post-qualification experience (typically 5+ years)
* Strong technical building surveying skills and practical problem-solving ability
* Confident communicator with client-facing experience
* Experience in varied building types and sectors is advantageous (housing, education, transport)
