The Role
As Project Manager – NDC Carrier Onboarding, you will lead the end-to-end process of onboarding airline partners to our platform, from contract signature through to general availability. This is a high-impact role requiring strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, and manage all activities related to NDC carrier onboarding.
* Track and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
* Develop mitigation strategies for potential risks and manage project changes effectively.
* Foster collaboration and maintain strong relationships with airline partners and internal teams.
* Ensure alignment of goals, resources, and timelines between our company and airline partners.
* Identify and implement continuous improvements to optimize onboarding processes.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
* Background in technology and/or travel industry is a plus.
* Familiarity with software development and agile methodologies.
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
