Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are delighted to offer a brand new opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to join our successful and supportive work‑winning team. Responsibilities
* Sourcing and coordinating information required to complete bids.
* Keeping the status of current bids updated to ensure accurate reporting.
* Supporting the Knowledge Co‑ordinator in maintaining the Bid Library with up‑to‑date information such as accreditations, awards, health & safety details and staffing data.
* Assisting with the completion of Approved Supplier List requests.
* Helping to maintain business accreditations in collaboration with other departments.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Graduate who is eager to build a career in bid management.
* Enthusiastic, proactive and able to keep a cool head when managing multiple timelines and competing demands.
* Inquisitive, analytical and self‑motivated, with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages; able to work with data and documents in a fast‑paced environment.
* Background or interest in civil engineering or construction is favourable, though not essential.
