About The Role
We are looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at 11 St Mary's in Esher, Surrey.
We seek a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. Your role will be vital in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.
We provide a company vehicle for transporting clients to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To operate the vehicle, you must have held a full UK driving licence or have been driving in the UK for at least 2 years.
