This is an excellent permanent opportunity for a passionate chef to take on a key leadership role within a premium, fast-paced kitchen environment focused on fresh, seasonal food. Working Hours & Pattern 45 hours per week [Head ChefHarri Jobs] 5 days out of 7 [Head ChefHarri Jobs] Includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays Flexibility required to meet business needs The Role As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring consistently high standards across food preparation, presentation, and service. You will be hands-on, leading by example and helping to drive performance within the team.
