We’re looking for a dedicated Administrator to take responsibility for a portfolio of trusts, companies, and other wealth structures, ensuring first-class service to clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders.
Working as part of a client service team, the successful candidate will handle day-to-day administration, client communication, bookkeeping, and statutory maintenance. They will support the junior colleagues while delivering high-quality service, meeting deadlines, and identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships.
The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years’ relevant industry experience, strong organisational skills, and a client-first approach. They should be educated to GCSE or A-level standard (or equivalent) and willing to study towards a professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA.
