We’re looking for a Mid-weight Designer to join our creative team and help bring our brands to life across digital and physical touchpoints.
The Role
You’ll deliver engaging, on-brand creative across Natural Baby Shower and our wider brand family, including Babiators UK and Merino Kids. Working closely with the Lead Designer, Marketing, eCommerce, and content teams, you’ll create digital campaigns, website assets, emails and print materials that connect emotionally and aesthetically with parents and drive performance.
This is a hands-on role for a confident designer who’s curious, collaborative, and keen to grow within a supportive creative team. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced eCommerce environment and enjoys balancing creativity with performance.
Key responsibilities
* Design campaign assets for web, email, social, paid ads, and on-site placements
* Work closely with the lead designer and create assets following creative direction on larger projects as well as contributing new and engaging ideas to discussions
* Support website design and UX improvements with a mobile-first eCommerce mindset
* Create physical retail assets including POS, signage, window graphics, and print collateral
* Prepare artwork for digital delivery and print production (print-ready files)
* Collaborate on launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
* Work within brand guidelines while contributing fresh creative ideas
* Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards including great attention to detail
* Stay inspired by design trends, retail experiences, and lifestyle brands
What we're looking for
* Experienced in graphic/digital design (eCommerce, retail, or lifestyle preferred)
* Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and multi-channel work
* Confident using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Excellent eye for layout, typography, and detail
* Comfortable across both digital and print
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage projects independently
* Collaborative, open to feedback, and eager to develop
* Motion design (After Effects) and Shopify/eCommerce experience are a bonus
