Blue Diamond Recruitment are working exclusively with a reputable and growing business based in Solihull as they recruit for a Client Assurance Manager (Senior / Project Manager) to work remotely.
Qualifications & Memberships:
Degree in Construction, Project Management, Property Management or relevant work experience.
Preferred: Member of RICs; Member of CIOB; APM
Purpose:
To provide project and programme assurance services on behalf of (and working with) the client’s delivery team. To challenge, add value and hold accountable client professional service providers during the whole project or programme delivery cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* The CAM is tasked with assuring the roll-out and delivery of a portfolio of estate related project works. The CAM will assist in delivering batches of projects on time, within budget, they will ensure that the programme strategy and proposed pipeline for projects is sound and is conducive to achieving best value and maximising opportunities.
* The CAM will operate as part of the Assurance team and will be co-opted and attend the Core Team / Client office as required.The CAM will provide support and guidance on programme/ estates issues to the client core team.
