We're working with an established and expanding organization in Kent to find an IT Support Analyst who wants more than just a typical IT support role. This is a varied, hands-on position that offers the chance to support business-critical systems while also getting involved in development, scripting, and automation initiatives.


You will need excellent communication and team working skills and be happy to support the organization as needed in busy times.


What you'll do:

* Provide 1st and 2nd line support across desktops, laptops, printers, handhelds, and warehouse technology

* Support and learn the companys Warehouse Management System (WMS)

* Work on technology improvements, automation, and streamlining operations

* Assist during busy periods with general IT needs across the business

* Collaborate with the wider team to deliver effective IT solutions
