Job Title JoyBuy - International Key Account Manager Job Description As Joybuy International Key Account Manager, you represent Philips externally towards Joybuy, driving pan‑European account strategy, profitable growth, and strong long‑term partnerships across Western Europe. Your role As Joybuy International Key Account Manager, you play a pivotal role in strengthening Philips’ presence and performance within one of its most important international key accounts. You drive strategic account leadership for Joybuy across Western Europe, maximizing short‑ and long‑term business value while accelerating profitable growth and market share. You work closely with the Commercial Development Leader, regional commercial teams, and local Joybuy account managers to define and execute the Pan‑EU Go‑to‑Market strategy, Joint Business Plans (JBP), and portfolio priorities. You ensure end‑to‑end collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Business Units, Media, Supply Chain, and Finance, enabling one Philips approach towards Joybuy. You influence portfolio, pricing, promotion, and media strategies to deliver an optimal consumer experience and strong category performance. You actively lead through organizational leadership and people development, fostering engagement, accountability, and a growth mindset across diverse, multicultural stakeholder groups. You’re the right fit if you have: Experience: You bring strong experience in international or pan‑European key account management, ideally within pure‑play e‑commerce or complex matrix organizations. Skills: You have advanced negotiation skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate consumer insights into growth opportunities. Education: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Mindset: You demonstrate an entrepreneurial and growth mindset, are comfortable managing complexity and business pressure, and thrive in multicultural stakeholder environments.
