We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.The Lunchtime Supervisor/School Meals Supervisory Assistant (SMSA) will work as part of a team to supervise and support students, from Reception to Year 4, during the lunchtime break.Lunchtime Supervisors ensure the safety, general welfare and proper conduct of students during this period and are responsible for making the lunchtime period a positive experience for all.Full details are contained with the attached job description and person specification.**About you:**You will:* Have knowledge of basic hygiene procedures.* Be able to maintain confidentiality over matters relating to the academy, with students, staff and/or parents.* Have strong interpersonal skills, in particular demonstrates empathy and active listening.* Be able to relate well to children, young peopleand adults.King’s Oak Academy is situated in the heart of the South Gloucestershire community and is within easy commuting distance of Bristol and Bath.
