Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) Analyst - Remote (UK)
Pay Rate: £23.18 per hour

About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) Analyst to join our global supply chain team.
In this role, you'll help manage the smooth transition of products - ensuring that inventory, data, and processes are fully aligned during product phase-ins and phase-outs.

Key Responsibilities
* Collect, validate, and consolidate data to prepare and submit inventory build requests.
* Coordinate with regional and country teams to ensure timely execution of inventory activities.
* Initiate and track inventory build orders to meet business timelines.
* Monitor order status, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate fulfillment.
* Prepare and deliver regular reports on PIPO activities for leadership and senior management.
* Support supply chain data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
Skills & Experience
* Proficient in Office 365, especially Excel.
* Strong experience with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
* Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* Experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Inventory Management.
* Project management experience is a plus.
Qualifications
Option 1:
* Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field).
* 1+ year experience in supply chain or planning functions.
Option 2:
* High School Diploma / GED.
* 5+ years of relevant supply chain experience.
