At Bridgend County Borough Council, we are transforming how we manage our property estate. We oversee a diverse property portfolio, including schools, industrial estates, care homes, and market stalls. Our approach is that of a Corporate Landlord, integrating strategic property management with design and facilities management teams.
We are seeking a Project Manager - Mechanical to join our Corporate Landlord team, providing services across the Council's property portfolio. The successful candidate will ensure that reactive and planned maintenance works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
You will be enthusiastic about innovative decarbonisation strategies as the team develops new skills to help the Council reduce its carbon footprint.
