We are looking for an IT Manager to join our dynamic marketing agency in Manchester. The role involves owning all internal IT, supporting employees, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of all internal IT within the business, providing exceptional IT support to colleagues and ensuring all systems are operating effectively.
* Be proficient with a range of IT systems and equipment, particularly administrative systems, and have a proven track record of delivering IT support within a medium or large business.
* Be committed to continuous learning and development, staying at the forefront of the latest IT and AI processes and technologies, and ensuring effective recommendation and implementation of improvements.
* Have excellent communication skills, providing IT support, training, and inductions to colleagues at all levels of seniority, and liaising with and coordinating external suppliers.
* A background working in a 2nd/3rd line technical support role; strong experience with Microsoft 365, Cloud, NAS Drive, Datto, and working with creatives and Adobe Suite would be a huge advantage.
