Double Deuce indoor Gun Range is located in Walsall, West Midlands. It trades 7 days per week. It is open to members of the public and private members.
HOURS OF OPERATION
mon - frii 1700hrs - 2100hrs
sat - 1000hrs - 2000hrs
sun 1000hrs - 1600hrs
JOB ROLE
A Shooting Range Officer is employed to:
meet and greet customers upon arrival and assist with the safety briefing
explain and demonstrate the safe use of firearms on the range
ensure customer safety at all times
assist in the preparation of the range, maintain cleanliness and safety during hours of operation and assist in the clean down of the range after use
communicate with customers on a one-to-one basis in fluent English
be able to carry out basic manual tasks such as lifting / transporting firearms and ammunition, use of cleaning tools and other tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST be able to work Saturdays 1000hrs - 2000hrs & one other weekday shift
MUST be able to read English and converse in English in a noisy environment
agree to undertake an Enhanced DBS Check, medical testing and background check
knowledge of firearms, use of firearms is preferred but not essential as full training can be given.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
