What skills and experience we're looking for Asa Teaching Assistant Level 1, you will work under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff, either in the classroom or on a 1:1/small group basis outside of the classroom.You will support pupils to ensure they can access learning and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
