You'll play a key party in matching the right people with the right opportunities, while delivering outstanding service to your clients every step of the way. The Role: * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through B2B sales. * Source top-tier candidates using advertising, LinkedIn and leading job boards. * Conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability, ensuring a strong match for each role. * Manage the full recruitment process, from registration to placement, creating a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fully understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. * Grow your personal brand by consistently exceeding targets and establishing yourself as a specialist in your market.
