Office and Facilities Manager Belfast £29,000 £37,000 + Excellent Benefits A leading professional membership organisation based in Belfast is seeking to appoint an experienced Office and Facilities Manager. This is a key leadership role within the Business Support function, ensuring office operations are streamlined and running smoothly. About the role You will play a crucial role in maintaining service standards for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth running of office infrastructure and support systems. This is a diverse and hands-on position that will see you lead and manage office operations, facilities, IT service coordination and internal events. Line management of front of house staff and IT support staff. Management of building services, facilities contracts and event space operations. Coordination of IT support and service provider liaison. Administration of office systems and supplier contracts. Contribution to business continuity planning and compliance standards (e.g. ISO 9001:2015). Essential criteria: At least 2 years experience in a broad office management or facilities role with managerial responsibility. Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English) and educated to A-Level standard or equivalent. Advanced IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Suite and Teams/Zoom. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with excellent attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
