Structural Engineer - Hospitality & Residential Projects West Sussex | Hybrid Working £40-£42 per hour 3-Month Contract | Outside IR35 This role will focus on technically detailed hotel, spa and housing schemes, supporting structural design and project delivery across a varied portfolio of building structures projects. The position offers strong flexibility, with only one day per week ideally required in the Chichester office. The Role You'll be involved in: Delivering structural design across hospitality and residential projects Producing calculations, reports and technical design information Supporting hotel, spa and housing developments through delivery stages Coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams and consultants Assisting with technical coordination and project meetings Working across steel, concrete and mixed-material structures What They're Looking For Experience as a Structural Engineer within UK consultancy environments Strong structural building design capability Experience working on development-led projects Good understanding of structural analysis and design software Strong communication and technical coordination skills Ability to work independently within a contract environment Experience across: Hospitality projects Residential developments Leisure or spa facilities would be highly beneficial.
