Overview

Supporting the Sourcing and Production teams to ensure all systems are accurately and efficiently maintained for our global range, capturing any changes throughout the product lifecycle. Working with key stakeholders and Superdry regional offices to support the end-to-end process of salesman samples from ordering through to invoicing, as well as managing the data required for product labelling. Working with suppliers to provide seasonal samples and costings.


Responsibilities

* Set up supplier allocation, styles, and colourways accurately and ensure the data is aligned across all systems.
* Support in providing key data like margin, cost variation & target margin calculation for the business through target setting and tender process.
* Support the sourcing team in reviewing the low margin categories/styles for the business to make important decisions during range sign off.
* Prepare Purchase Order Report for the Central Purchasing and Sourcing team to make sure the agreed cost prices matches within all system as well as POs.
* Track, send samples and fabrics for costing/resourcing purposes.
* Raise cost/sample requests for new and existing styles for cross-costing/sourcing/re-sourcing purposes.
* Support in special projects like Envision and sustainability projects as required to support a fast paced, growing business.
* Follow up on new supplier applications, assist with onboarding/setting up new suppliers and arrange supplier inductions/reviews.
* Effectively communicating with the suppliers to make sure all the necessary data is delivered for production to avoid delays.
* Work with suppliers and internal teams to support the global range selection process.
* Assist in collating and recording of costing and fabric composition details, ensuring all information is chased in for key meetings and in line with business deadlines.
* Undertake basic research, data analysis and reporting of trends.
* Assist in day-to-day running and upkeep of categories, including sending Design packs, chasing costs, and supporting cost negotiation and approvals.
* Work closely and effectively with our Design, Garment Technology, Retail, Central Purchasing, Logistics, Sustainability and Ethical teams.
* Grow and maintain strong working relationships with relevant departments and suppliers.


You Are

* A confident and highly organized individual, with the ability to prioritize your workload efficiently
* A good communicator with an enthusiastic and engaging manner
* Someone who is happy to work independently or as part of a team
* Able to cope with the pressures of working in a fast-paced environment
* Able to handle large volumes of data with accuracy
* Focused on delivering results that support a healthy and sustainable business
* Able to understand how your role adds value to the business and our consumers, and support business change through innovation
* Degree level or equivalent experience, with excellent numerical and analytical skills
* Ideally intermediate level in Excel or above
