About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Contract Administrator (Fire) to support the commercial and operational delivery of fire contracts. Based in our Chigwell office, this role is key to ensuring contracts are administered efficiently, documentation is accurate, and projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administer fire contracts from award through to completion
2. Prepare, issue, and manage contract documentation, variations, and correspondence
3. Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, certifications, and project files
4. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
5. Support project managers with scheduling, compliance, and reporting
