Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled domestic maintenance electrician to join our clients team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality electrical maintenance services primarily on housing association contracts. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contribute to the upkeep of residential properties, and make a meaningful impact in the community.
Package:
1. Competitive salary between £36,000 - £39,000 (depending on experience).
2. Core hours of 40 per week, Monday - Friday.
3. On call rota (TBC).
4. Van and fuel card provided.

Key Responsibilities:
8. Conducting electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in domestic properties.
9. Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues.
10. Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
11. Liaising with clients and colleagues to coordinate work schedules.
12. Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
13. Completing all necessary paperwork correctly.
14. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional relationships.
Requirements:
15. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification with the trade.
16. Proven experience as a domestic maintenance electrician, preferably within the housing association sector.
17. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and regulations.
18. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
20. Full UK driving licence.
