The Role We are now recruiting for a Business Services Assistant Manager or Manager (depending on experience) to join our growing team in Kendal. We can offer the successful candidate a fast tracked Personal Development Plan (PDP) and the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients from a number of different sectors. We are willing to consider both full time and part time candidates for this position and can be flexible when agreeing an exact working pattern. The main elements of this role will include: Ensuring accounting assignments are conducted in accordance with Armstrong Watson procedures for their portfolio of clients Being a main contact for clients and ensuring their queries are dealt with in a timely manner Briefing Business Services Assistants / Seniors appropriately at the start of an assignment ensuring the job plan and budget are clearly understood and approved Overseeing and providing technical support to Business Services Assistants / Seniors Defining formal objectives for Business Services Assistants / Seniors Managing your own portfolio and communicating with the relevant Business Services Partner to ensure internal and external deadlines are met Please note that we will not be accepting candidates from agency suppliers in connection with this vacancy.
