On-target earnings of up to £45,000, including a strong monthly bonus scheme

Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday morning

Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner both face-to-face and over the phone
Preparing job cards and ensuring precise documentation of vehicle repairs and services
Advising customers on service plans, repairs, and maintenance options
Communicating effectively with the workshop to update customers on vehicle progress
Upselling additional services and parts where appropriate
Managing administrative tasks within the service department efficiently
Supporting the smooth operation of the service department to deliver excellent customer serviceRequirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or Service Administrator within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Ability to work well within a team and independently
