JOB ROLE
As a Shop Manager you will be commercially aware, constantly look for new business opportunities, motivate your team and create a safe and energised work environment. You will hold high standards, be accountable for business performance, and work with volunteers to manage the shop effectively. Your role is empowered, varied, busy and lets you work with amazing people.
