Business Development Manager (Part-Time, Remote) - Growing HealthTech Startup A fast-growing startup (nearly 1 year in business) is transforming healthcare access by providing virtual GP services to Care Homes. The company is now seeking a Business Development Manager to join its small but ambitious team of four and play a key role in driving growth. The Role This is a permanent, part-time position (10-30 hours per month to start, with potential to scale). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and approaching Care Homes and Care Groups, securing per-user monthly agreements, and closing new business deals. While the primary focus will be on business development, there will also be light account management responsibilities once clients are onboarded. The position is offered on a fully remote basis, with a laptop and phone provided. Occasional travel to meet and close high-value clients in person may be required.
