Conducting daily safety checks of all equipment and course elements, logging inspections and maintenance needs. Attending compulsory instructor training and competency assessments Attend appropriate mandatory training Handle customer feedback, queries, or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers at the bar or through waiting staff. Provide excellent customer service, building rapport and ensuring guests have a positive experience. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment. Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with licensing laws and company policies. Take orders, process payments, and operate tills or point-of-sale systems accurately. Following company Health and Safety Policy and escalating any concerns. Adhering to risk assessments set out in your department to ensure safe working. Ensuring compliance of Health and Safety within your team. Ad hoc duties as requested by Management.
