Amazon Advertising Manager / Media Manager
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
Location: Manchester / Hybrid
We’re looking for a highly driven Amazon Advertising Manager / Media Manager to take full ownership of Amazon marketing across two fast-growing, independent sports nutrition businesses. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead strategy and execution across Amazon Ads, DSP, storefronts, marketplace expansion and cross-channel activations - helping maintain category leadership while driving rapid growth of new and emerging products.
Both businesses are independently built, innovation-led and operate their own manufacturing facilities, giving them full control over product quality and speed to market. With a strong presence in the sports nutrition category and ambitious growth plans, they’re focused on delivering products customers love, backed by exceptional service and best-in-class digital execution.
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day Amazon Ads performance, including campaign management, keyword strategy, bidding and optimisation.
Drive new-to-brand growth through effective upper-funnel and acquisition-focused strategies.
Develop and optimise high-impact Amazon Storefronts that elevate brand presence and conversion.
Lead UK & Ireland marketplace performance with scope to expand into international regions.
Plan and execute standout campaigns for major retail moments (Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday).
Partner with agencies to optimise DSP activity and deliver incremental traffic and sales.
Test and scale new Amazon features, formats and emerging platform opportunities.
Collaborate with brand teams on TikTok and social campaigns that push traffic and boost Amazon rankings.
Requirements
3+ years managing Sponsored Products, Brands, Display and DSP.
Strong ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
Comfortable partnering with brand/design teams to develop effective storefronts and creatives.
Exposure to international Amazon markets and paid social integrations.
Excited to test, learn and identify scalable opportunities.
