Five Day Professional Skills & Career Insight Programme:
Dates: Monday 13 – Friday 17 April 2026
Time Commitment: 9:00am – 5:00pm (full attendance required)
Eligibility: UK students in Years 11–13
The Young Leaders Path Program is a structured, in person professional development programme delivered by expert trainers from Fitch Group. The programme is designed to prepare young people for the future of work by developing core employability, technical, and professional skills, while providing insight into career pathways within financial and professional services.
Over five days, participants will take part in classroom based training, practical workshops, group projects, and presentations within a professional office environment.
Key Areas of Learning
Participants will receive training across the following areas:
* Future Work Readiness
* Five consecutive days of in person training
* Trainer led workshops and interactive learning sessions
* Group work and final project presentations
* Exposure to professionals and volunteers from Fitch Group
* Pre-programme access to bite sized eLearning content and quizzes via the Ignite learning platform

Who Should Apply
This programme is suitable for students who:
* Are currently in Years 11–13
* Are interested in learning more about professional careers
* Want to build employability skills alongside academic studies
* Have limited prior exposure to professional workplaces (no prior experience required)
* As part of Fitch Groups commitment to widening access, eligibility and priority criteria apply and will be assessed at a later stage of the application process
Application Information
Places on the programme are limited, and early application is strongly encouraged.
Successful applicants will be expected to commit to full attendance across all five days.
