We’re looking for an Editions Client Partner to join our UK Editions leadership team. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for leading an arm of our delivery-only kitchen business, with full accountability for both the Sales and Account Management functions. Get to know our Commercial team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be joining the Editions team, reporting to the Head of Editions. Editions is our global network of delivery-only kitchens, and as a Client Partner, you will define and deliver the commercial strategy that keeps us as the market leader in this space. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Drive Commercial Strategy: Define the UK Editions commercial roadmap, identifying opportunities to deepen and expand our high-value partner portfolio. Lead Sales & Growth: Own the end-to-end sales pipeline, coaching your team to perfect their pitches and consistently expanding market-defining partners through our kitchen network. National Account Leadership: Build joint business plans with major restaurant groups and C-level executives, solving complex business challenges to deliver mutual value. Master Complex Negotiations: Lead high-stakes contract discussions to agree on favourable terms for multi-site, nationally scaled brands. Partner Retention & Performance: Oversee the account management function to drive partner profitability, leveraging marketing tools to boost sales while minimising churn. Team Development: Manage and motivate a team of Commercial Managers, fostering their professional growth and tracking progress against Editions UK goals. Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing deep insights into industry trends, competitor movements, and business performance. What You’ll Need to Thrive Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others: Commercial Leadership: Proven experience leading medium-sized account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding financial targets. High-Level Stakeholder Management: Significant experience handling negotiations with business owners, founders, and C-level executives of nationally scaled brands. Sales Excellence: A background in effective pipeline management and a proven ability to close complex, multi-site commercial deals. Analytical & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L dynamics and the ability to simplify complex problems to make data-driven decisions. Communication: Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills at all levels of an organisation. Operational Agility: A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment (Editions or delivery-only kitchen experience is a plus). Why Join Us?
