Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Workiva Project Manager based in the London area, United Kingdom, with flexibility to work remotely part-time. The Workiva Project Manager should have prior experience of coordinating and managing the end to end workflow of documents through Workiva including design, set up, review, finalisation and export of content. Additional experience in Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint and/or film production could be advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end policy review cycles within the Workiva platform
* Coordinate input and approvals from internal stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met
* Maintain accurate version control and document integrity throughout the review process
* Set up and manage workflows, tasks, and timelines within Workiva
* Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and status reporting
* Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration
* Provide guidance and support to team members using Workiva

* Experience using Workiva
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
* Familiarity with SharePoint
