Engineering Team Leader (Building Services / Maintenance) Sutton Coldfield

Are you a hands on engineering team leader/supervisor, with a background in electrical or mechanical engineering?
Our client is looking for an Engineering Team Leader to oversee PPMs and reactive maintenance of building services plant, as well as work hands on when required. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £45,000 per annum, clear progression path, overtime, and career stability.
Maintain, modify, test, service, fault find and repair various electrical equipment mainly in support of site infrastructure services which would typically include:
Control Panel maintenance.
Bay doors, dock levellers and wheel locks
Testing and Inspecting (PAT, RCD’s & electrical installations)
Cranes
An Apprenticeship served Multi-skilled Engineer to supervise a team of technicians in the 24 hour / 7 day per week warehouse operation.
PC literate and previous use of facilities maintenance planning tools preferred
To be able to work 1 Saturday a month
On offer is a permanent position, paying a basic salary of between £40,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience, 25 days annual leave plus stats, clear career progression and stability and overtime.
