Casual Assistant Customer Experience Manager:

Every night, we welcome thousands of guests to enjoy live entertainment, from special birthdays to family pantomimes. We strive to create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits.
As part of our Customer Experience Management Team, you'll be the welcoming face of the company, ensuring high standards of service and care. You'll also help meet financial targets through customer retention and selling products and packages, including programmes, ice creams, and cocktails.
This role offers variety, fun, and challenge. You'll be responsible for various tasks within a friendly, passionate team working at our unique venues with diverse events.
If selected, you'll be invited to an assessment session on July 24th and must be available for induction on August 5th.
The Opera House, located in Manchester's Quay Street, is a Grade II listed venue known for hosting musicals, dance, drama, comedy, and pantomimes, with a rich history of world premieres.
The Palace Theatre in Manchester is a prominent venue hosting major West End productions like Phantom of the Opera, Mamma Mia, and Hamilton.
